Someone needs to tell Trump that the presidency is NOT a platform for the president to develop & execute schemes for self enrichment. What is wrong with Congress, SCOTUS & the judicial system? Why is he being allowed to rape our country with impunity? 🤬🤬🤬

Today’s sightings on a walk with my grandson in the meadowlands during low tide…lots of egrets, loads of plovers, cormorants, ducks & 1 lone heron.
I am in awe of how many attorneys have leaped over a cliff to support & boost all of Trump’s lies. All of them have been or will be trampled upon…by him! But, I have little sympathy for James Comey. His last minute announcement casting doubt on Hillary Clinton’s serverscam pushed Trump to victory.
So, Trump won’t fund a Medicare subsidy program to help indigent seniors pay for necessary life saving drugs but has no problem wasting billions of our tax dollars on vanity projects like a ballroom, or a personal jet, or building a goon squad, aka ICE, or an unsanctioned war? Are we winning yet?
So…the art of the deal…promise them what they want, have them sign on the dotted line, & then pull a switcheroo? What a joke! Is it a wonder no one trusts Trump et al? Is Trump a secret Israeli plant as well?
Wait…what? Who had to show ID to buy pasta in Olive Garden? I know it has been a while since I have gone, but What the What? Are Republicans grasping at spaghetti…I mean straws?
Wait…so he went into an unsanctioned war with Iran after he said he annihilated their nuclear capabilities, & now he is going to help another Middle Eastern country develop nuclear capabilities? What am I missing? Another whopping monetary windfall for the Trump family & cronies? When is enough?
Sightings during my morning walk with my grandson. Some were amazing, 2 others not so much. Amazing included a heron, bald eagle, cormorants, a congregation of egrets & a large crab in the murky waters. Reality checks included a dead eel & a fish carcass. All life lessons I share with love.
I watched her building the nest, nesting & now caring for the hatchling(s)

So, the Trump administration tried to crucify Biden’s son for making $1 million in his dealings in the Middle East. No one is questioning the extravagant gifts & lucrative business investments the Trumps have been bequeathed totaling between $300 & $500 million? Very interesting!

Discoveries on my daily walk with my grandson. One was inspiring and the other just sad. Discovering this decimated turtle nest initiated a discussion of survival of the fittest in nature.
Our surprise gift from Mother Nature during today’s walk in the park. It poked its head out, stared at us for a bit & then moseyed back into the underbrush.
$14 million of our tax dollars wasted to “fix” a problem that did not exist. A non bid contract given to an obviously incompetent contractor. The result? Peeling paint, thriving algae & poisoned wildlife. Are we winning yet?
