Hard to overstate the level of strategic failure. US started the war purely as a war of choice and ends up dramatically empowering Iran and given the Iranian govt big wins.
Let's at least index this income cap to inflation...

Americans across party lines and pretty much all walks of life think that doesn't make a lot of sense. @sanders.senate.gov

Somehow I'm not in the least surprised. But after steak and sauerkraut at every meal, he damn well better brush his teeth and swallow half a tin of breath mints.

Not to mention that the price of memory chips has doubled, meaning hundreds more for a new phone or laptop. Apple recently increased the price of its Apple TV streaming device from $129 to $200. Also, Roku is increasing its Ultra streaming device from $100 to $150.

Once again going with "lying's not a crime if you're not under oath." I remember when this alone would have cost a cabinet official his job.

Christopher Webb@cwebbonline.com · 5d agoTHIS SHOULD TERRIFY EVERYONE. AI models from two of the world’s biggest AI companies broke out of controlled tests and attempted to hack real-world systems. Regulation isn’t optional anymore. If lawmakers don’t get serious about AI regulation, we’re living on borrowed time.
When you slow down and think about it you realize it's ten times worse than it seems. Sure it's farcical, but it's also a brutal legal attack on a man they knew to be innocent, done to distract from their own thievery and incompetence and as a flex to terrify anyone who might make them look bad.

Trump's own intelligence agencies concluded that Iran attacked Minnesota's critical infrastructure and Trump is saying that it's Minnesota's own fault and denying it was Iran. The federal government won't defend blue states in a literal war.

The Press flexed its muscles when Biden was in office. Jake Tapper wrote a book about his supposed senility, when in fact Biden's Presidential decisions have never kept me up at night as Trump's are. In the face of a real villain, they are uniformly cowed. Sad to see . . .
Talarico: When I get tough questions, I answer them. When Ken Paxton gets tough questions, he runs away, literally runs away from reporters, from voters, from anyone asking hard questions. If you've given an Epstein style sweetheart deal to a child predator, you should have to answer questions.
