I second everything. The data are relevant and should be considered when choosing/counseling. But let's not demonize artificial cycles which are frequently a safe and effective option for many women (and sometimes the only alternative to drop out) #ESHREjc

New insights on elective egg freezing: • Freezing before age 37 = approximately 20–30% of thawed oocytes develop into euploid embryos • Freezing between 38-42 = 8–9% Two key messages: 1. Timing is crucial for genetic outcomes 2. Quantity still matters — more frozen oocytes = more euploid embryos

Further confirmation that high AMH and AFC do not always mean oocyte quality. On the other hand, better ovarian reserve parameters could lead to higher number of mature oocytes, which is associated with higher live birth rates. Fertility is a delicate balance between quality and quantity!!!!!
