In what will be a surprise to no one, I will also be joining my union comrades boycotting womens conference. It is a betrayal of Labour values and frankly I’m both disappointed in Labour’s stance and in the unions including my own union Unite who have decided to attend.

This is certainly one of the big problems in our present ways of communicating. Another, that holds its hand, is that people have been trained to be inflammatory to get hits of dopamine from the engagement. Ad funded media and social media largely mirror each other in this way.

Getting increasingly worried about the spread of misinformation in online trans communities. Anything that reinforces preconceived ideas seems to risk spreading quickly and widely without thought to its accuracy or if the person who posted it even understood it to start with 🫠

It’s important to be visible right now in our solidarity because irresponsible politicians are being visible in their attempts to divide us. Solidarity with my Muslim siblings. Our community will not be divided. We are one community. Berlin bleibt bunt. And London will remain colourful too.
