can any big guys recommend a new gainer protein to me? I’ve been using serious mass for literally like 5 years but I want something more healthy but also something that will blow me up massive… price doesn’t matter tbh

got surgery today on a double hernia it went well but I’m in a lot of pain 😕 10/10 pain.. but thankfully my life will be so much better I can finally wear pants soon without being uncomfortable.. and stuff myself and not be in pain, and hopefully get back to lifting weights and growing 😁👍
