ICRS attendees! Join us for a Smith Info Session during the lunch break on Thursday in Room 305. Whether you're a prospective applicant, potential mentor or reviewer, we'd love to meet you! Hear from our Executive Director, connect with alumni, and learn more about the program. We hope to see you!

NACCR attendees! Curious about the Smith Fellowship? Join us tomorrow, July 14, between 3:00–4:00 PM in the Chapter’s Oasis. This informal drop-in brings together staff, alumni, and community members—whether you're exploring fit, interested in mentoring or reviewing, or just want to learn more.

I was fortunate enough to get interviewed for this Fellowship as a #PostDoc, and I can tell you it is a phenomenal program! If you are a #Postdoctoral level Conservation Biologists in the States, consider applying. If I was a Conservation Biologist in the States, I'd consider hosting you!

If anyone’s interested in how artificial urban water bodies (eg stormwater ponds, canals) affect biodiversity and/or ecosystem functioning, I’d love to chat about potential proposals. We have a diversity of non-academic partners that could be involved, too (government, NGO, developers, etc)
