Weight goal 3 achieved, under 200lbs for the first time since I was 13, 63lbs down from start. Time for the last leg, 35lbs to my goal, diet down from 1800 cals to 1500, weight and resistance training starting today. It's gonna be fun on a bun. Also feet pic for all you ddegenerates.
