Took the train to Uetliberg and climbed the observation tower. Lake Zürich is rather pretty! And there were weird looking elk statues everywhere. Loved them. 🫎

Apparently it was swiss national day yesterday🇨🇭 I didn't know that when I planned my flights 😆 @koltas.bsky.social and me hiked from Winterthur to Kyburg with quite some elevation. Would not expect anything different from Switzerland. Ended the day at a BBQ. Seen many swissfur friends unexpectedly ❤️

Flying to Zürich for the weekend. A bramibals (vegan donut place) has opened at the airport. Been awaiting the opening for quite a while as its my favourite donut chain in Berlin :3 (Totally overpriced given the location xD but oh well.)

I totally forgot to share this. Last Saturday I drove to my colleagues and her husbands lake house. We made a 'lil bon fire and chatted all night. Then ate some Fischbrötchen (first time I ate eel, I think) and did a boat tour with the cutest little boat on lake Müritz. Love all the lakes up there.

Horrible news from the CSD, hope everyone is safe x.x I last minute decided to not go this year so am at home and safe.

Visited Thale today! Took the chairlift to Rosstrappe and the cable car to Hexentanzplatz. Rosstrappe had an amazing view, and I loved the tale of Princess Brunhilde's horse leaving its hoofprint in the rock. Hexentanzplatz was less exciting for me, though. 🌄🚠

Made it to the summit of the Wurmberg as well. Climbed the 162 stairs to the top of the observation tower as well. Collected 3 of 222 stamps today and 2 special stamps that don't count towards the challenge. They're a nice to have :3

Uniqlo has some pretty cool BVG fashion xD Since I became a frequent user of public transport here in Berlin, I got myself the Boy -> Görli(tzer Platz) one. Haha, it's kinda fun and clever.

Not in Japan. Still in Berlin. First time I see these wobbly cute desserts in Germany xD this was at an Asian restaurant for hand pulled noodles. Its supppsed to be their mascot as a cat. Its wearing goggles or something. It was even vegan! (Coconut panna cotta and Mango puree)

Remember me rambling about my Flixtrain travel plans? Train got cancelled today and I just spent 125€ on a last minute DB ticket at stupid-o-clock in the morning. Why. This is a level of bad planning i dont understand.

I am underwhelmed about my Flixtrain ride to Heidelberg. And it hasn't even started yet. It was supposed to be a 5h ride. Now it's 7h+. They just added stops weeks after I booked. Then I spoiled myself with 2 seats to be able to stretch my legs. They just refunded me one into a useless voucher.

Apparently by pure coincidence I planned my next UK visit at the same time as Londonfurs Summer party and it appears we'll be going. I've not been in years so this is cool.

Pride month made me think about what my flags would be. Certainly Genderfluid. Back in the days it felt incredible finally having a word for how i felt. Also I learned that theres even a flag for "Heteroflexible". Always thought it wasn't special enough to have a flag but here we are xD

Went to the bouldering gym again after roughly 2 months of not going. I felt weak. I hope my muscles return if I start going frequently again. 🫠 This route was fun though. Maybe because it required zero muscle strength and was merely a mental challenge.

My car passed it's TÜV. Now I don't need to worry about this for the next 2 years. Thank god. No issues thankfully. It's still holding up okay.

Landed in Berlin. Hereby my Confuzzled trip officially ends and it's straight back to work tomorrow morning. 😴 It's been fun. Will try to come back next year. Let's how the room lottery goes 👏

Eventually made it from Cardiff to Bristol. Thankfully I have loads of time cause the trip took ages with replacement traffic and delays on the route. Will see if I can find a locker of some sort for my suitcase and then stroll through Bristol. Find something to do until my flight home later.

Getting ready to leave Confuzzled but it's been a good con. Weather was amazing (maybe a tad warm) and the fact that we were staying at the Hilton this time after years of staying at the Crown was a game changer. So much more relaxed.
