This morning was definitely one of those mornings where I didn't want to get out of bed. Anyhow, time to go get a pump on even though I'm not feeling it either because discipline is more important than motivation 😉

Headed to the range today for a training thing with a leftist gun club. Figured it'd be fun to try new things and meet new people. So anyway I think I managed to put a look together that fits the vibe for our day 😜
A quick 30 minute arm pump is better than nothing 👌
On leg day we do butt stuff 😏 Dropped down to 3 x 10 in the squat rack with 185 for squats to fix something with my form and it was a bit too easy so I'll have to try out my new belt and up the weight next time around. But damn do I feel good after a lift. Daddy needed that.
Worked on shoulders today. Gotta make sure there's something to grab onto from behind right? Tomorrow I'll work on my wings 😜
As much as I love a good grey sweatpants moment, I'm gonna need it to start finally warming up around here 😅
