When you're texting/typing on your phone, do you hear yourself in your head reading the words? Or do you hear someone reading them? I don't hear ME but I hear, like, the inner monologue me. She is me but is only narrating in my head. Tell me I don't sound insane please. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

I cannot believe I am allowing my hair to look like this. 😣 It's like three different colors of green and blue fading with some yellow-ish blonde underneath and my natural brown on top. I am obsessive with my hair so this is slowly killing me. But I won't touch it, so I have to wait to get it done.

As a codependent people pleaser, there is always this guilt of needing to make sure everyone else is comfortable, even if I'm not. There has been such a freedom in learning that you don't owe the world shit & if you don't vibe with something or someone, then don't.

What's it like being AuDHD? Taking a shower, I remembered I didn't brush my teeth this morning. I'm washing myself, repeating "brush brush brush" so I don't forget. I brush my teeth. I rinse the conditioner out of my hair & turn to see the toothbrush & think Did I brush my teeth? πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ

You know sometimes I'm sitting here on a tiny computer in my hands typing to people all over the world & then remember back when phones were a clunky thing with a dial sitting on the kitchen counter. And then I take my antacids & magnesium & go to bed while it's still light out.

I hate dealing with unreasonable people. It frustrates me that they expect certain things that are unrealistic and somehow that's MY problem. Customer service is a pain in my fucking ass. Next job I have is going to be in a morgue because at least the dead don't talk to me. ...I hope. πŸ§Ÿβ€β™€οΈ

Here is your reminder that bodies look different and it doesn't mean one is more attractive than another. You look exactly the way you should with natural breasts and tummies and stretch marks and cellulite and dimples... It's all real and all beautiful. π–Ή (Stupid typo so I reposted)
