There's this white guy in dreads, Kaden Olsen, that dresses-up in cosplay warrior outfits and hangs-out downtown Portland, proselytizes, and gives out prophecies, trying to entrap people in his fundamentalist extremist Christian sect.

I'd also reject the #2 signature. If a person wants to change their signature, they can, but don't expect signatures to match. "Similar" signatures is a nice way to say they don't match. Did they forget to train their petitioners or did the petitioner pay an untrained buddy to collect signatures?
