Alrighty, here goes. Also challenging myself to only one song per game because otherwise this would be an Octopath sweep

enigma@local-enigma.bsky.social · 2d agoSpooky month #promosky Just a silly fella on the internet, happy to be moots! Here are some of my favorite games and anime, not in order or anything
I was reading a Gamefaqs thread from 2011 and this one fella kept talking about how FF Versus 13 was gonna be the most incredible game of all time I hope they're doing okay now
Was talking about Sherlock Holmes with a coworker and accidentally called him Herlock Sholmes. Ace Attorney brainrot has real world consequences y'all
FW never showed up at all so I'm starting Sky SC now that Fatal Frame 2 is finished Probably gonna pick up FW closer to my birthday as a little treat for myself now, so all things considered it'll work out
Spooky Lilac@songofthelilac.bsky.social · 2w agoFortune's Weave pre-order got delayed :( Gonna attempt a horror-ish game with Fatal Frame 2 remake (originally planned to be a spooky October game for me lmao) while FW takes it's time showing up Then November is Sky SC month and December is for FF Resonance I love gaming planning (he is lying)
Got a raise at work so my exhaustion has led to something at least
Been too busy to post but here is a post: Uhhhhh yeah
Seeing that the Xenosaga DS translation team just used AI for all of it and like...Xenosaga already has a full English translation on the PS2 why not just use that for the DS version too instead of AI
Posting spoilers but it's not even FE or Trails related I'm just spoiling for y'all what I'll have for breakfast tomorrow

Tomorrow might very well be the greatest release date in rpg history
Why am I working 63 hours this week I should not have agreed to do this it only Tuesday and I am already tired aaaaaaaaaaa
Completed Paper Mario: The Origami King! I found this one to be absolutely charming! While not the 'return to form' that some Paper Mario fans wanted, Origami King has so much whimsy and heart in it. Olivia absolutely rocks it as Mario's helper here too. It gets a big recommendation from me!
@realfollowers.bsky.social how many moots have vanished into the ether
In a grocery store here comes the anxiety (genuinely what is wrong with me sometimes)

In before Nintendo announces Zelda All Stars but it's only available for a year (I would not be surprised) Anyway I work during both directs so I'll catch everything later
Did the full 96 course gauntlet with my brother in Mario Kart 8. I was Diddy Kong, he was Dry Bones
Well damn (I don't live anywhere near where we should have tornados but supposedly this storm is cutting right through us. Looks black as midnight outside. Ignore the Tactics Ogre lock screen behind the warning

Having just beaten it, can I say that Tales of the Tempest isn't a bad game at all? I think it's overambitious for sure, but I really don't get the utter disdain the Tales fanbase has for this one
Locked in and typed 2600 words today (finished my manuscript since today is the deadline)
