If AI has become so advanced that it is able to guide people in creating nuclear and biochemical weapons then whats stopped anyone(especially these AI labs) from creating another Jane Street/Citadel?

I used to mainly post my scattered nonsense on my telegram channel but it has become too popular with 54 humans and a bot and I need some place quite and so here I am.

Not to sound luddite but technology has effectively saved billions of humans from death by natural causes only to have them killed or suffer while living due to human cause.
