I'm really saddened by the news about tapas. Tapastic was the very first art platform I ever joined and it impacted me a lot as the person I am today. It used to be such a kind and supportive environment. I worry for all the old works there that could very easily become lost media..
Since tapas is dying a terrible death please do me and every other comic artist a favor and follow any webcomics, manga, manwha, etc. you enjoy On their OWN INDIVIDUAL WEBSITE when possible. I will be creating a website for my own work soon. We have to escape these predatory explotative platforms.
anyway assuming it does close, please take the time to find the comics you're reading elsewhere!! we artists are tIRED of the constant platform jumping we get it but we rely on y'all ❤️
sonic oc named Effect the Butterfly with the power to change the future.

This is good to hear. Please help share the directory with folks who want to hire human artists. Goodness knows there are many people wanting to avoid giving money to a bot, but also can't seem to find a real human artist (even though this site is literally... hire human artists dot com)

Bluesky always has me liking the most millennial bleets but like they're always so true I can't help it
I don't think I ever shared this oc-tober piece I made last year (the word for that day was "abyssal"). One of these days I'll actually finish an October challenge, I swear lol
A long while back I designed this character based off of an avocado. Idk what to do with him but I like how he turned out 🤔 I might reuse him in something in the future, for now though he's just a silly lil one-off guy
Guys I think something might be wrong with my copy of ddlc (Credit to satchely for the original sprite)
You know who we need most when companies overreach and desperately need reminding of their place? People who are already spending their cash on said company. I would love to start a Cancel Your Nitro Membership and Pass Along the Sentiment train. Just cancelled mine. Join me ✨ 🌹
Long story short, a queer-owned small business is in trouble because UPS decided to charge them tariffs in a lump sum. Any little bit helps them keep making their high quality, whimsical and size inclusive clothing. 🌈⬇️
