After my Norwegian indulgence I am back off the booze. I also need to lose a couple of stone, so I am back on my tried and tested Nutracheck app to count those calories! Mowed the front and back lawns this morning and burned a grand total of 74 KCAL. That’s basically a cup of coffee. 😮‍💨
