Ok, the work was just delivered, and I left my corresponding review. I now have to go out, so if anything happens during this couple of hours, I'll leave in this post the screenshots of my review + the chat with Nebula Astrum. Please do not harrass, this is for proof only.

TL;DR: She admitted to using AI on my work, breaking my Terms of Service. I want to clarify before starting that, except for this particular situation, Nebula was a very warm and enthusiastic person regarding my work, willing to give feedback on every correction, and with very fluid and timely communication. If you are someone who doesn't mind the use of AI, you won't have any problems, but my Terms of Service clearly state that I do not allow the use of my work with AI, so my professionalism prevents me from overlooking this situation and not alerting future artists who might want to work with Nebula. In the middle of the base color revisions, an exchange occurred that shocked and then deeply saddened me. To avoid any room for misinterpretation, I will copy and paste the dialogue directly here: (Talking about nail base colors) Catate: What kind of color are you thinking of? :0 maybe a darker one? Or more like a strong bright one? Nebula: Want to see ChatGPT going overboard? xD Catate: what Nebula: I was messing around, seeing what it would do if I asked to add glow, to see what it would look like. xD Catate: I... I can do any change that you need, just please don't do that, that's not nice ;;; Nebula: Oop, ignore that comment then! Sorry! Catate: It's ok, I know people are too used to use ChatGPT in general Nebula: Yeah, and it's a touchy subject when it comes to art. Plus vgen is very much No AI Generation stuff. What I was curious about. The stomach stripe. What would happen if it was a Galaxy/Nebula shape, glowing gold? (continues in the next image due to character limit)(continuation of previous alt due to character limit) The conversation followed normally as I still was processing what happened. I have screenshots of the chat in case anyone needs them. I don't consider myself a confrontational person, and in order to finish the work and be able to properly warn about this situation, I decided to temporalilly ignore this and see the work through to the end professionally despite the disrespect shown to my work. This way, VGen would allow me to leave the corresponding review. Judging from the dialogue, Nebula knows perfectly well that what she's doing is wrong, and she does it anyway, so I can't work with someone like that. I have no problem if someone was scammed with AI and wants to fix it, or if an AI-generated reference slips through in the submitted references; the client doesn't have to have that kind of discerning eye. But Nebula was actively asking ChatGPT about my work, and aside from that one slip-up, I can't trust that she didn't do it throughout the entire project and not just in that particular situation. I won't revoke her usage rights, since she paid for the service properly, and she can ask any other artist comfortable with this situation to edit the work as long as it's not vandalized. But I'll be blacklisting her from now on. Thanks for reading.Bild

Man, I feel like shit. A client just admmited to be asking chatgpt for opinions on my drawing process while I was attending all their change requests and ideas. The service is almost done, I need the money cause it was an important amount and I haven't reach my monthly goal. My heart is broken.
