Plush Maker! - Over Estimate your turnaround time and cost of materials - Charge what you are worth! People will pressure you to lower your prices, but your competition is not walmart! - If a client is too pushy or picky, drop them. Don't remake things ad nauseum bc they will never be satisfied

Digital Artist: - Keep your back straight if you're leaning over to to your computer. I do it sometimes and I have to remind myself to not do it. - Learn to take breaks, sometimes if you can find an activity you can do that's not art related. - Remember to exercise/stretch your hands or wrists!

Digital Art: Don't use just a hand full of brushes. Try experimenting with them and seeing what you can do with them not just to draw or paint but with smudging and erasing too. You can even try making your own to get the right effect.

Plushmaker : Take. Your. Time. But also do not wait for the perfect material, the perfect pattern, the perfect conditions. Experiment! Make things that look bad or wrong and then figure out WHY and make them again and again!! You will get better if you keep doing and keep trying new techniques!

Sewist/Plushie Artist -Rest when needed. Eat when needed. Don't put it off to "get one more seam done" -Its OK to decline a project if its not something you're interested in doing for one reason or another. Listen to your gut - if it tells you something may be up then its usually right!
