Kyle Shideler, director of a think tank designated as a hate group by the SPLC and testified that signal chats are “black bloc” cited our Free Store zine to claim that free stores are a pre-text to “seize territory”.

We have a verdict and we are heartbroken at the results. This is only the beginning. We will continue to fight the remaining charges until every defendant is home.
Genuinely appalling implications for the future of political freedom in this country. We have always stood by the Prairieland Defendants and will keep supporting them until every defendant is home.

For whoever needs to hear this, the government does not need "provocation" to "justify further repression." They are already literally murdering people at random in the full light of day. Good behavior counts for nothing now. All that counts is finding concrete ways to exert leverage against them.

If we want others to understand this murder as a tragedy, we must ourselves behave as though it is a tragedy. Otherwise, it will happen again.
He would have done it already if he could have. It's not our resistance that enables him to crush protest, but our failure to rise up together. It's not going to get easier. This is the easiest it will ever be to overthrow tyranny. We're safer and stronger when we act together, bravely.
