Playable Mickey/Donald/Goofy is actually such a smart way to bring back some of the platforming elements from earlier KH games in a way that doesn't adversely impact Sora's gameplay. I'm excited to see how they balance it out!
I'm planning a vacation next week to avoid burnout, and although I'm not leaving my hometown, I suddenly feel the weight of how horrifying reality has gotten since my last proper vacation over two years ago. Perhaps that's a sign of how much I need a break.

This week I got hit with tons of short, intermittent internet outages that would have made streaming tedious 😔 Today seems to be okay though? My connection hasn't dropped yet, so if it stays like this into next week then I'll be able to stream again. Here's hoping!

Happy 12th anniversary, Freedom Planet! I've grown a lot as a game dev and person since I worked on this game, but it will always hold a special place in my heart as the game that changed my life. Thank you for playing it and for supporting me. I'll never stop creating as long as I'm able to. 💜
