I see the talking heads are yapping about how AES won "college educated voters" while Stevens won "real working class Americans" (Rural). China was right when they forcibly relocated millions out of bumfuck nowhere.

I love that some people are intensely confused as to why CAF would back Infantino and FIFA. It's because UEFA is also a bag of corruption and holy shit you cannot bitch endlessly about African teams getting more slots as "diluting the competition" and expect people to still like you.

The whole thing with AES and Stevens is hilarious because both the DSA and Dem establishment has basically gone "Okay, well that's over. Time to go murder Mike Rogers" in pretty much lock step with each other. Meanwhile voters are fighting like Kamala didn't just send out fundraising texts for AES.

This is fucking slop and I need people to be fucking normal about self checkout lanes. The only thing this shit will do is eliminate self checkout lanes and force all of us to stand in much longer lanes. I swear to God Western leftists would not survive a week in China. www.aol.ca/articles/ny-...

NY state proposal would give shoppers a 10% discount for self-checkout - AOL

Ways in which I can beat Serena Williams at Tennis: 1. Rules are changed where when I score, I get points, but when she scores... I also get points 2. Serena isn't told of the competition thus I win by default. 3. I'm allowed the use of 1 functional Iron Man suit with a Tennis program installed.

Here's my issue with this, and I *understand* the electoral math. MAHA woowoo bullshit artists should be treated with the same contempt as ICE/DOGE, and their supporters. Their beliefs and electoral actions have caused as much death and human misery as ICE, maybe even DOGE, will have.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez@ocasio-cortez.house.gov · 2d ago

There is pervasive corruption across our healthcare and agricultural systems that defy party lines. I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.

It's great that the left and the right in LA disagree about everything on housing except for the fact that we don't need to build anything anywhere ever and we must protect SFH zoning forever. You know...the two things that LA has been doing since the 70's and has caused the housing crisis.

I think government run grocery stores are a very inefficient way to make sure people get fed, but the solutions I think are more efficient the people who clown on city grocers from the right would hate even more.

One of the most annoying aspects about my side...(side side? I don't know which side hustle is my main side hustle) job is telling small business owners that it's all nice and well that you feel your product is worth a certain value. It means nothing if nobody else does.

I like people talking about the Shohei 30 for 30 like "I can't believe the bank would let this happen!" Bitch, Bank of America had one of their fucking branches foreclosed on because they tried to wrongly collect a mortgage, refused to fix the clerical error, and ignored a court order for 5 months.

One of the things about economic and financial discourse is that we really need to understand that sometimes, people are just *bad* with money. More often than not, I get people who are coming in after getting 10, 20k raises, and immediately committing all that money in a splurge.

As we approach election season, before anyone gets any big ideas about how we should treat the median voter as intelligent adults "I voted for President Trump because he supports real working class Americans like small business owners and Elon Musk" was a sentence that someone actually said to me.

The wildest shit I've seen are like old libbed out Dodger fans going "I've been a fan since the days of the legendary Tommy Lasorda" and like, how the fuck have you lived this long without understanding that in Baseball, your heroes *will* disappoint you if you're not an archconservative?
