this is not all of my thoughts about old/unshared art but its a start its like 10% “i really should have posted this by now” and 90% “this was not posted for a reason but maybe i should anyway” and then getting stuck in the details

been thinking about this since i replied to the art, the idea linked up really well with "p-balloon alternative" stuff. like, seems easy to imagine that when it blooms, instead of popping on the stem it instead detaches and floats off to spread its spores elsewhere also imagined a whole field of em

wondering if, instead of a hazmat suit fully protecting you from the effects of a [non-specific_inflation-causing_balloon], it just inflates the suit instead

there was an unexpectedly strong reaction to a particular part of the previous comic and on a whim i decided to play with it a bit more fun fact, she (the dog) helped decide on the shape for the left one. literally gave her the tablet pen and said drop that torso where it interests you. teamwork!
