Day 18: traditional. I thought it'd be fun to make a mideval beadtiary version of my crowned thresher drake #smaugust #traditional #dragon
Day 15: skuttling. They're very small and have adapted their wings into claws. They hunt snails for their shells #smaugust #skuttling #dragon
Day 14: enigmatic. They pretend their tails are their heads to confuse attackers #smaugust #enigmatic #dragon
Day 13: fruity. First thing that came to mind was tropius and how he's been neglected by game freak since his conception. I made a dragon/grass type variant
Day 12: shimmering silverside. Based him on prehistoric marine reptiles, mirror spiders, and cutlass fish. They have reflective spits along their body that they can expand or contract, becoming more or less reflective as needed. They have a fish shaped eyespot to attract bigger fish to eat #smaugust

Day 6: seaside snallygaster. Based on American white pelicans, lesser pacific striped octopus, sailfish, marine iguana, and blue footed booby. They collect shells with their three pronged tongues. If you find a beach with no unbroken shells, a snallygaster is nearby. #smaugust #snallygaster #dragon
The Crowned Thresher Drake! It has sharpened scutes on its tail spade that it uses to slash open prey as it flies by, preferring to save its fire breath for self defense and mating displays. Its scutes become dull over time from use but shed regularly to reveal fresh, new, sharp scutes underneath.
