actually now that i think about it it would be really funny to do a COA of the snezhnayan rail network
apparently all it took for me to get back into Genshin was them adding public transportation

I'm stuck on a train right now and have burned through 10 chapters of Human Transit possibly out of spite
the master planned suburban hellscape I grew up in just feels so insulated from reality, how do we fix this
at some point I woke up at two in the morning and googled the time because I didn’t believe the clock on my phone for whatever reason
also i got some new pins for this courtesy of a trolley operator
behold! the autism lanyard(tm)’s keychains
made a trolley+rapid map excluded rapid express and superloop because i just wanted to have the trunk routes for practicality's sake
been a hot minute since i remembered this idea but i propose this should be called the "bayshore to lakeshore" bikeway anyways SANDAG please hire me
i have an idea for a bikeway red is protected lanes, green is dedicated path, yellow is overpass decided on orange/olympic because it is the most convenient to build protected lanes on i really want a crosstown bikeway, the shit we have now is abysmal
been a bit but I wrote a BuildSD piece on the Rapid network and its many, many shortcomings, go give it a read: buildsd.org/journal/tran...
San Diego’s BRT experiments, 11 years on
How are the promises of Rapid holding up?

I call this stretch of Otay Lakes Rd in Chula Vista the “half-mile of death”
I need to get a GoPro the next time I go biking so I can demonstrate how half of a bike lane I use is just a fucking turn lane
i would only go to expos and conventions to take public transit there. also i guess look at stuff there or whatever idfk

Socialism is when the government builds transit. And it's more socialism the more transit it builds. And if it builds high speed rail, it's communism.
not even artificial anymore, did my laptop get a fucking PHD from MIT or something?
I think I need to take a break...
