Read through the article, which mentions that they found that the delaminations started at the expansion joints and it shows an employee grabbing and easily pulling up a large sheet of the coating. I don't know what it takes to get summary dismissal of the vandalism charges, but come on.

I kind of love that someone ran a prompt through Grok, generated about a 1-minute clip and IMMEDIATELY, people were like "They're rowing the wrong way", "The wind isn't blowing consistently", "The oars aren't touching the water" and "Why is a character wearing a bright fluorescent earplug?"

IT guy here -- Congress has no idea how much stuff out there requires clocks to be in sync in order to prevent replay attacks and maintain network security. Yeah, changing the clocks twice a year is stupid, but if Congress changes it, I hope they allow plenty of time for IT to react.
