During the day, Russian guided aerial bombs attacked Zaporizhzhia twice. Two people were killed and 11 others were injured. Apartment buildings and private homes were damaged. Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with 181 drones.

Kyiv’s main mosque, run by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Ukraine “Umma,” was damaged for the third time in a Russian attack on August 1, Mufti Murat Suleimanov reported. He also called on Muslims serving in the Russian army to recognize their complicity in the Kremlin’s crimes.

Kyiv. During the night, patrol officer Yehor Terekhin and his partner were helping people at the site of a Russian strike when Russian forces carried out a second attack. Yehor was killed. He will forever be 22.

Lviv. At least 20 people are known to have been injured. One of the Russian missiles struck a residential building.

In the village of Radushne near Kryvyi Rih, six people were killed when an Iskander-M missile struck a private house where a large family lived. Among the victims were three children: a six-year-old girl and two boys aged 11 and 17. Some of the victims will have to be identified from their remains.
