Beautiful 1860s Victorian butterfly, which was used to store small packets of sewing needles on the underside of the wings. This was a collaboration between a London-based drapers company and a sewing needle manufacturer. On exhibit at Tatter Blue, a Brooklyn textile museum. IG tatterbluelibrary

The underside of the butterfly, which has little pockets to store sewing needle packets. The underside of the wings are decorated with two plates. One carries an inscription of the drapers company: "Copestake, Moore, Crampton & Co. - London." The other has a gilded head of Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisdom, art, trade, and war.

The butterfly can be folded up, like how a butterfly flaps its wings.

Feldspar was the first Hearthian to be intentionally launched into space. They completed the first orbit around Timber Hearth and later made the first of what would be many landings on our moon, the Attlerock.

they usually look annoyed (spots on their brows intensify this), they have stitching on the side of their pants, their pockets are always full, they carry a camping utensil and a nomai keychain, and their socks are mismatched.

the same fullbodies, but one wears a tank top, headband and gloves. their sweater is tied around their waist. the right fullbody is unclothed to show their spots.

here's a ref of Schist's suit- it's pretty close to the one in game because I got attached to drawing it that way #outerwilds
