Sometimes I remember that Marvel was so desperate to kill any hint of queerness around Captain America and Bucky in the MCU, they sent him back in time to marry Peggy AFTER he was shown to have a thing with her niece. Like… Steve is canonically that creepy ass uncle.

I know I'm the problem but seriously, why is Marvel allergic to a British Mister Sinister? Man is from London. He got his PhD from Oxford. He legitimately is Victorian. Even his name is so English. Like... Why are they always making him some random American?

Today on “Working From Home Is A Never Ending Nightmare of Having Nothing To Watch”: I’m going to watch Parks and Rec for the first time ever since the friction in my life that prevented me from that is gone and in its place is a void that not even 15 seasons of ER could fill.

Question for the New Yorkers on here: Does Halal Guys (the actual brand not just the random halal cart dudes) do chicken wings up there now? Excuse they do chicken wings in the DMV now.

One of these things is definitely not like the others (because Majors cost Marvel, not the other way around) but it’s feels like the rest stem from the Kang issue since it’s not just the “Black” projects that have been cast aside so much as it’s their attempts to diversify have been scrapped.

MCU projects that have been scrapped: • ‘BLADE’ • ‘AVENGERS: THE KANG DYNASTY’ • ‘WONDER MAN’ Season 2 • ‘ARMOR WARS’ #Marvel #MCU

I realized yesterday I am growing someone's Italian grandmother's dream garden because I have tomatoes (two varieties), basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, bell peppers and squash happening. My garden is so nonna coded, I could do an Italian pop up in my backyard.

Apparently the world of French music in the 2010s was so small that I can now say I've met the man responsible for the musical programming of the Paris Olympic Ceremonies and got complimented by Natalie Portman's new baby daddy. So that's weird.

It helps to have ridiculous benchmarks. I love Greek myths and the sort, but I went into this movie ready to compare it to one thing: the Wishbone version of the Odyssey. I don’t care if it’s accurate. I care if Matt Damon can out act a dog (no).

I have a personal belief that the more a person is a nerd for something: dinosaurs, The Odyssey, etc, the less likely they are to enjoy a popular entertainment version of that thing.
