trying to walk the fine line of getting back into pole conditioning and not re-injuring myself by pushing too hard too fast. it’s frustrating to compare the now of having laughably little upper body strength to the then of when I could comfortably do at least a few spins and tricks
omg the wonders of being properly medicated. I’ve been out of my meds since december and was able to have it this weekend and i got laundry and dishes done and took out the trash and got things framed AND put on the wall AND did some big crafting and vacuumed TWICE. Before AND After crafting.
Does anyone else own the Rook and Rose pattern deck created by @macarrick.bsky.social ? Have you found the cards to be insightful when you lay out patterns? Because mine have been incredibly, almost scarily, insightful at times It’s such a gorgeous deck and I’ve loved learning it
