Looking into it, it seems like it's mostly likely a PSU issue, so I'd need to save up enough to get a new one + get it installed if that's an option (I refuse to do PC stuff myself again). If I can put together a comm sheet, I'll see about opening 2-3 slots. They'd likely start at $80 at the lowest
