I enjoy spreadsheets a normal amount. Any pronouns are fine; you cannot misgender me in a way that matters.

Love how if I misspell a word the same way often enough, autocorrect starts changing the correct spelling to the misspelling. That’s definitely how this should work and not the precise opposite.

When you’re declaring what it says and magnifying its greatness, then you’re going to reap the blessing and favor of your dick.
At least within its era/genre, it’s very hard for anything to compete with Clarity/Bleed American/Futures.

Kinda fucked up that of all the major LLMs, Gemini has by far the most pathetically ineffectual guardrails, but it’s also the only one with a parent company that could legitimately ruin your life if it noticed and decided you’d gone too far.

I feel like this is making a generally accurate point (to get good at something, you must first do the thing) in just about the most off-putting way possible. If you want to get good at art, you have to dedicate years of your life to being bad at art first. That's not an easy or trivial thing!

laser progress feels like it’s going in reverse now. neck is still better, but the rest of my face feels like it’s grown back most of the hair that got lasered off.
I more or less accidentally rediscovered a childhood blanket last year, and sleeping with it just felt immediately, instinctively *right*. If something feels good, and it doesn't hurt you or anyone else, there's no reason not to do it.
Thorne 🌸@ens0.me · 3w agoThis is extremely based. I've accomplished a lot of cool stuff and still sleep snuggling a stuffed animal every night at 38. What ultimately matters is your ability to get what you need to do done, not performing an aesthetic of adulthood.
