The weather cooled down just enough last weekend that me and @volf.bsky.social could suit together at a local event. Still lost count of how many times we heard "you must be really in hot in there", but it was a fun day out! #fursuitfriday

Its #internationaldayoflatex - I don't wear it as much as I used to thesedays, but I always felt it gave me some massive body positivity. The look and feel is just really special, and brings back memories of wearing it at Pride events, where I made so many like-minded friends.
ConFuzzled was hectic at times, but plenty of highlights were had. Saw many friends, old and new. Volunteered for ConOps for the second year. Sudo made £2250 for charity. And despite the heat, I had some fun suiting and goofing about! Photo: @meeesh.art #fursuitfriday
The Dragon Meet was great fun! So many Dragons aaaa! I then found the Spyromobile (📷 @kemonologue.bsky.social), caught a Vengabus conga line, and now I need a shower and food after about 5 hours as Dragon in this heat! (Any vids of that conga line about, let me know!)

Had a few days off work before ConFuzzled, so I challenged myself to make a pair of feetpaws with dedicated time available (rather than the odd evening/weekends to work on them). They took 10 hours in total, and I love how they turned out. I used taffeta nylon for the pawpads - they are so smooth!
Ten years ago, @volf.bsky.social designed a dragon character named Fi. He became my first fursuit building project, which I completed just in time for ConFuzzled 2016. It was so much fun to unveil him; I am proud of what me and Volf achieved, and I'm happy it encouraged me to continue making suits.

Sudo's head features a rear zipper - it means he's easy to put on, whilst maintaining a close and comfortable fit. Also, look how soft and plush the inside of his paws are! Everything is lightweight and super squishy, as a soft nylon dragon should be. #fursuitfriday
Introducing Sudo, the shiny nylon dragon! This partial suit consists of head, tail, plush hand mitts, indoor feetpaws, and a personalised bandana. He will be my submission for the ConFuzzled Art Show this year. I'm very proud of how this suit turned out, and I hope he generates some interest!
