If you choose type "open" on a vote, any Bluesky user can login via oauth and vote on the issue. This is for community wide feedback on issues. The results are published to the corresponding feed.
Statmeet is made of cards which are organized by decks. If you choose to federate then decks become #atproto feeds. We have a deck for the app updates and a corresponding feed. bsky.app/profile/stat...
**Group deletion cleans up all references:** delegations, deck/card group shares (group_id nulled), and pending invite cards for the group are cancelled — previously an invitee could accept an invite to a deleted group, creating an orphaned membership row. process_group_invite_state_change also now…

hey self-hosters! we’re planning to raise default PDS blob size limits to 300M soon to allow users to upload longer videos (up to ~10 minutes at 3mbit) by default. any thoughts?

I know the Bluesky community has an anti-AI bias. This should be reconsidered, working with AI in a hybrid fashion can lead to real insights. Here's an example. I was trying to refine the ideas behind my app to get my first user.
Members can now see and leave their groups: /groups gained a "Groups You're In" section, and /groups/{id}/leave lets a member remove themselves (owners can't leave; the group page shows Leave instead of Delete for members).
**Card Bluesky posts now link to their deck's atproto feed.** When a federated card belongs to a deck with a published feed, the post footer becomes `View Card → | cards.statmeet.com | atproto feed`, with the last link pointing at the deck's bsky.app feed page.
Dedicated app-updates Bluesky feed. A feed dedicated to app updates and transparency. https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:7ykt7kduxzq3ysvxsq4efbwm/feed/app-updates
Prediction: the Atmosphere is where the communities of the future will be built. The substrate is here: PDS, lexicons, DIDs and algorithmic choice.
Added ai-assited workflow creation. Describe the workflow, the #ai generates the markdown, so you can focus on collaboration. You stay in the ergon. #HybridIntelligence
Centralized top down systems are degrading into something older and #feudal. We need to innovate solutions. The ATmosphere is the place to do it. #decentralized #collectiveintelligence
Apraxia the loss of purposeful, directed action. Every tool extends us. The wheel extends the foot. Writing extends memory. AI extends thinking. The problem is extensions can substitute. AI tooling that sharpens us, that's the harder thing to build. #collectiveintelligence #McLuhan #ai
We know picking the right OAuth scopes can be confusing, so we built a tool to help with that. Grab the proper scopes and permission sets from apps across the ecosystem with our new Scope Builder.

I know the Bluesky community as a whole is anti #ai however not sure why there is not more enthusiasm for working with AI in a hybrid/"cyborg" manner as advocated by Dr Vivienne Ming. Noetic engagement vs. noetic atrophy. #HybridIntelligence #CollectiveAction today.ucsd.edu/story/what-s...

Every network starts flat and ends #feudal. We drag our tribal wiring into every new tool we touch. It's atavism. Can we build a #decentralized culture, or are we the bottleneck? #ATmosphere
Why do so many compare Bluesky to Twitter? The network effect lock on legacy social is real and probably durable. #atproto is a different architectural bet — build on a protocol, not a platform owned by someone else. It's great for integrating into apps. In the long game it will win.
Added a CLI to the web app as an experimental feature. Mainly as a way to quickly create cards and votes. #buildinpublic
