Finally built the "Get Started" functionality for StayUpfront, something I had long considered the final step before bringing more customers on board. I'm pretty pleased with it. I built AI ticket triage into StayUpfront yesterday. Decided including a backup provider could wait a little. Less than 24 hours later the endpoint is giving 500 errors ... so I will be revisiting that decision! I'm shocked at how effective the triage is, can't wait to launch it! #buildinpublic
