You heard it here first, SteelCon 2027 will (probably) be on July 16-18. We still need to sign paperwork and check the party venue, but those dates are looking good.

Someone asked about washing the bowls, I've checked and they are dishwasher safe for the top shelf.
A final count of the Swag Stall cash gave us a grand total of £350.90 + 3 euro. JustGiving is currently at £816. Even if you aren't gonig to donate, it is worth having a look just for the comments. www.justgiving.com/page/steelco...
Left a present for the goods bay team who handled all the swag for us and for security for putting up with all the requests to lock and unlock doors. Got to keep the venue happy.

Yesterday, I attended @steelcon.info for the first time, volunteering to run here and there firefighting any issues that happened. There was just enough time for catching up with friends old and new too. Next stop for #SecCometOnTour... @hackglasgow.bsky.social , bring it on!
