This work, “Kreislaufwetter,” is my contribution to this year’s “Kill Dill” group show at nachladen/Sternstunden des Kapitalismus. The opening of “Licensed to Dill” is on August 1, and the exhibition runs through August 29. So come on out in droves and check out all the fantastic cucumber art! 🥒😊

“Kreislaufwetter,” mixed media on paper, contribution to the group exhibition “Licensed to Dill” at nachladen.
Two cucumbers - one of which is moldy - are talking to each other.
One cucumber asks, “Are you okay?”
The other cucumber replies,: “I feel a little moldy.”

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I wish you all a wonderful, warm, friendly holiday season. May you celebrate with your loved ones, find community when you are alone, and feel safe and secure. Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your inspiring posts. 🙏 See you in 2026.🎉 #🎄#🙏#❤️

Drawing, black felt-tip pen and colored pencil on paper.
Santa Claus and Jesus are sitting in a reindeer sleigh. It appears to be racing through the sky. Santa says to Jesus, “Jesus Christ, slow down.” Jesus replies, “Chill out, Santa. You said I could drive at 2025.”
Below that is written by hand: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I painted this new work for „Kaiser's Delight, and it is on display at MEGA Contemporary, Kaiser-Wilhelm Straße 87. It is called “Lichtstreif” (Streak of Light), and perhaps it expresses a little of what we hope for: the light that pushes through the darkness and promises a new beginning. #art

Acrylic painting. It depicts an evening scene. In the foreground is a street, sidewalk, row of shops, and a house with illuminated windows. Above it is a dramatic sky, perhaps shortly after a storm, and a bright streak of light in the middle that divides the dark clouds.

Another exhibition 😅. It is a great privilege for me to be able to show my work so often this year. I am very much looking forward to ‘Kaiser's Delight’, the big closing exhibition of MEGA Contemporary. There are so much incredibly talented artists and it is an honour to be part of it. #art #show

For ‘Between Worlds’, Sigrid Schramm and I are attempting a joint artistic project for the first time: Four weeks, every day, one sheet each. A drawn, written dialogue. Sometimes serious, sometimes funny, sometimes weird. If you want to see what we have to say to each other, come on over.😃 #art

Photo. Several sheets with drawings and texts, which are deliberately not clearly visible in the photograph, as the suspense should remain until the presentation.

For one day and one evening: ‘Between Worlds’ will take place on 15 November at the Mega Contemporary Gallery. The artist collectives Maison Douce and dreispinnen will showcase their artistic positions. As part of dreispinnen, I am very much looking forward to the joint exhibition. 🤗 #show #art
