Rue Ball is a Clinical Scientist working at Synnovis in South London. In her everyday job she assures the quality of biochemistry tests for NHS patients, and advises other healthcare staff about how to use and interpret them.

Our next speaker is Michael, a former research and development engineer with BBC R&D who worked on TV accessibility, sound and video quality along with narrative structures and interactivity. They have published over 50 industrial and academic papers and is an experienced presenter.
