National Apprenticeship Week has come to a close, and we hope the SOA community learned something new this week or considered how your organization might engage with this important work-based learning strategy!

As we get close to the end of National Apprenticeship Week, how do organizations working on apprenticeship think we can boost its role in the U.S. training and workforce landscape?

There is another emerging model of apprenticeship that integrates an apprenticeship with a postsecondary degree. Degree apprenticeship offers an opportunity to be a paid employee while taking classes, leading to both an industry credential and a degree: associate, bachelor's or master's.
