Although military orders are presumed to be legal, attacking a country that poses no immediate threat or bombing schoolchildren is not. In 2003, PM Jean Chrétien refused the request from war criminal Bush Jr. to go to war in Iraq without a explicit UN resolution. He was right to do so, as even Powell, at the end of his life, admitted he was wrong about the WMD claims. Today, the UZA military is taking orders from a convicted felon.
