UK population-based cohort study including 14 083 patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. HDP associated with a doubling of the risk of developing dilated cardiomyopathy. Risk was increased with severity of preeclampsia, older maternal age & postpartum hypertension. ja.ma/3Fwf0n2
