Not going to make this a weekly thing but I stepped on the scales today and am down to 157. I dug out some old shirts and they fit right again. Haven't had coffee in over two weeks now and am not missing it at all.

Finally back in that 160-165 range, and the walking I’m doing and cutting out all dairy have made a difference in how I feel.
There is a natural order of things and as someone who lived in the Birmingham area or market for 23 years and still goes back at least once every year, this does not feel like one of those things.

My poor fur baby had to get some teeth extracted today along with her cleaning. The vet said she did great but she’ll definitely be missing her normal energy for a bit. One of the few times she’s letting me take a picture of her. 💕 #dogs

#GH is taking steps to right a big wrong by laying the groundwork for Valentin and potentially Charlotte to move back into Wyndemere. That castle should have never been left to a thug-of-the-month in Sidwell, entertaining as he might be. They need more Cassadines, but this would be a good start.
I’d just like to point out that Audrey was one of the single worst judges of character for anyone in Elizabeth’s life, especially when it came to men. If the argument is that Sonny gets too much coddling, then yes. But Audrey’s opinion, especially off-screen, still doesn’t mean much to me. #GH

This has been my chief complaint with Sonny (and obviously Carly too). It’s do as I say, not as I do. Sonny always needs an enemy, which fit with Jax, Alcazar, and even Jagger. Recent examples (Nikolas, the other character RoHo played, now Valentin) felt and feel too forced. #GH
