I can't believe we're going to have to live with another POS Trump mouthpiece as AG. There really is no justice in this world. Well, at least not in the U.S.
The ruling seems sound on its face (i.e., federal, not state, authorities direct policies having to do with enforcement of federal immigration laws), but it knowingly places obstacles in the enforcement of state and local laws. There was some good news in the judge's ruling, too, but not enough.

Another thing that keeps me up at night: What if the day comes when Trump actually has to face justice, and he cops an insanity plea? I'm sure they'll have lots of hard evidence to back it up, and even his critics can't argue that he is, in fact, sane. Now, I feel nauseous.
I worked at Paul, Weiss in the 1980s, which was probably the peak of its pro bono/civil rights work. I could never understand why they caved to Trump. Now I do. Hint: It's always about money.

It was so trivial that the DC US Attny presented false evidence to a grand jury to indict an innocent man to please the President while they both lied about it.
