Hi, my name is Tamari! Im a sci-fi and specevo artist. She/Her, 23. Creator of the Phtanum project (including its museum exhibition) and enjoyer of succulent red landscapes. Empress of inverts and mother of deuverts. Trans rights!
For the new followers: behold my work! Project: PHTANUM I have worked on Phtanum for over 6 years now. Phtanum is an alien planet with red flora, over 250 designed species, over 25 unique biomes, and a human storyline on top. Phtanum is featured in the Natural History Museum in Niebüll, Germany.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Both my instagram art accounts have been permanently removed by instagram‘s review service itself for „child abuse material“. Conservative dogwhistle for being trans. Fuck that horrendous platform. Until I manage to get my reach back, i‘ll be posting more here.
Whhhhhaaaaat ??? New project alert ??? And its a seedworld ????
Phtanum prequel lore: Obscure and confusing statistics are my jam >:)
New Artwork Alert - IN THE RADIANCE OF HIS OPULENCE! A sauropodlike centaurid, the Opulent Nightlord, spreads its arms in a threat display. Its joints flashing brightly like rings around an old emperors hand, its head swinging like a pendulum. In the backdrop are green chlorine hazes…
I am happy to announce the opening of Phtanums very own Museum Exhibition!! It is located in the Natural History Museum Niebüll, in northern Germany! Titled „On distant worlds- how could aliens look like?“, its open from April to October this year, 2025! Below are a few images in-situ..
Sneak peak of the Phtanum Exhibition: A mat-whale (order Pratomorpha) catches an unlucky Slinkspringer! Nothing like a good nature documentary scene to spice up the day >:3
Meow! I return from the dead! And yes the museum exhibition is still in the works :D Mrow! *vanishes again*
Something rumbles in the deep- sprite of a Kundalini for the Phtanum Museum Exhibition! These massive worms feast on subterranean biomat, slowly pulling their way through the spongy matrix with forked, hooked limbs.
Doing the first true-size test prints of infoposters for the Phtanum exhibition 😳
Since the world is looking rather grim today, I will post a manifesto of sorts. I am a trans girl. I dont give a shit what other people „think“ of me or my identity. Or what weird rule making old assholes think of me. I will live my life as I please. I am here. I exist. The age of hiding is over.
The mingling of the lowlands - The biomat savannah is thriving with weird alien life. From worms digging through the organic ground, to apex predators rivaling the sizes of whales.
Winterpath - a phtanumian tundra, locked between two mountain ranges!
Just finished this diagram for Phtanums museum exhibition - the full deuvertebrate lifecycle!
I think for the first time in years I have no idea what is happening in the world and I stopped going online all the time... Honestly this feels amazing hell yeah to obliviousness!!!
Two Emperors Of Equal Might. This has to be one of my favorite pieces to date.
Im being stalked by the fish.. they all congregated to where they can see me 😳
The six big phtanumian groups of life! Gaze upon the newest alien inhabitants.. #specevo #sciart #scifi #aliens #exobiology
Phtanums Biomes Part 2 - The Thornland! In the heat of daylight, we begin to encounter larger critters…
Phtanums Biomes Part 1 - The Hot Desert! In scalding sun and among dry sands, life persists.
More in-progress work for Phtanums museum exhibition! Slowly starting to focus attention from Phtanums broader properties to the creatures that live on it…
A new phtanumian landscape! A basketmouth rears its mouth into the air, feeding on an air algal bloom. Normally the herbivore uses it to graze on bushes. Such blooms can color the entire sky a deep crimson.
