Listening to @govwesmoore.bsky.social, Kevin Stitt, Tim Shriver lament a "choice btwn dignity & politics." Language is part of your problem. Politics *IS* dignity. Reclaim "politics" which is *NOT* partisanship. Once you define problem as "politics" don't be surprised ppl walk away from politics.
Week after week this is the worst kind of high school cafeteria table. This conv "abt politics" in fact only is abt who is popular or not. It never veers toward what matters in politicsβmaking our lives better. Little wonder voters approach politics the way teens approach the cafeteria table.
