I've been taking Sunday and Monday off from doing blender shit to cooking. I made chicken strips. I marinated this in buttermilk and Half pickle & Half pickled Jalapeno juice, it gave it pickle & lemony taste. It was very good. I made about 32+ strips from a 5 LB chicken breast value pack.
