#ShoutoutAtlanta featured Pilar this week via a wonderful Q&A session. Very cool to see this interview and philosophy on forging your own path, and keeping your eyes focused on the horizon. Check it out! shoutoutatlanta.com/meet-pilar-s...
"I believe that what we become depends on what our fathers teach us at odd moments, when they aren't trying to teach us. We are formed by little scraps of wisdom." - Umberto Eco This is so true...miss my dad today, everyday, since he passed away last year. Hold on to all “those little scraps!”
Sunday morning. Hand crafted cappuccinos from yours truly. Jonathan Lethem’s new book, and some Robert Johnson Radio Blues channel…Lightnin’ Hopkins is on it son. “Darlin', do you know something keeps on worrying me Woah, lord have mercy Yes, something keeps on worryin' me”
This is such a great Marion Star article about my mom, Mary Ann Michaels. She passed away last year, but she was a media pioneer. She will always be Mary Ann Stolarczyk to me, but she also meant so much to all of her friends, fans, and most importantly, family.

“Happy, happy Christmas, that can win us back to the delusions of our childish days; that can recall to the old man the pleasures of his youth; that can transport the sailor & the traveler, thousands of miles away, back to his own fire-side and his quiet home!” -Charles Dickens
Just spending a Sunday afternoon enjoying a Palm and a cigar after a few “chores.” Have a great 4th of July holiday everyone!

Binx and Bukowski, along with some fresh perked Java. No chance to work on my own poetry. So I’ll just sit here and listen to some Chopin and watch the birds in the cherry blossom tree with my feline friend.
Good morning. Second espresso, third stanza on a day for all of us to remember and share appreciation. Make it a good one…
Hey dude…this patch of morning sunshine is just right…so let me snooze on a lazy Sunday.
Really like my office view…with the Atlanta skyline on the horizon. So cool! Good morning. Let’s make it happen today!

Well, I got this hard stare this from Binx this morning. Maybe breakfast is a tad bit late? Did his slumber get interrupted? Or, is this just his usual surly AM demeanor?
Looks like he could be a member of this guy’s pack. Handsome pup!
Here’s a dog I met while visiting a pet store
Good morning. Hope everyone has a great week, and contribute to making it a reality. Am I right Binx?

Lazy Sunday. Our home security crew, Binx and Kevin, are staking-out the front door for nefarious Amazon delivery “intruders.” Ever vigilant, even though they seem to be snoozing!
“Um. Yeah. No, you are not gonna finish that book. It’s time for me to clean my paws after you fed me dinner. That Stephen Markley book called ‘Ohio’ is just gonna have to wait.” - Binx [The Black Beast of Georgia]
