Bucks in St Paul

I post mostly about Milwaukee bucks basketball but also like to talk about democratic socialism, music and the brewers.

We’re at the point that Vaughn just needs to DH most nights, I don’t care if it’s a righty. Best lineup right now 3b: Ortiz SS: Pratt 2b: Turang 1b: Bauers LF: chourio Cf: Mitchell Rf: Lara/sal DH: Vaughn C: Contreras Just can’t afford to play yeli

i've been asking for weeks when the last time the brewers actually *looked* good and the answer is maybe 6 weeks ago? yes, i know they keep winning but i think their profile over the last 6 weeks is essentially a sub .500 team.

i've largely given arnold the benefit of the doubt but this deadline makes no sense to me. sure, these moves might help a bit in the next few months but nothing raises their ceiling in october. at this point, that needs to be the standard. you've won enough games. you need to win the playoffs.

incredible stuff, the brewers didn't even end up keeping codi heuer. they traded him for cash. so; OUT Frias Ragsdale Manfredi Martinez Yoho Perkins Cash IN Bo Naylor (AAA) Dustin May JoJo Romero Antonio Senzetela

btw, this is still true. the brewers have the fewest HR in baseball and decided "eh, we'll get a mediocre starter and two mediocre relievers" people can fan *however* they want but I refuse to use my time watching a team that just flat out won't do what it takes to win.

Truly, it’s unlikely I watch another brewer game the rest of the season. Argue if you want about how the other owners should do more but the fact remains that they aren’t. So we can either hope and pray they suddenly change or we can change the rules to be like every other pro league here.
