biopsy is done! they had to draw three different samples and the first two weren’t so bad but the last one was painful, the team who did it though was very compassionate! I should have the results Wednesday

in some good news, we were able to replace my totaled car so I am no longer completely dependent on my bf for rides everywhere
alright, actual biopsy appointment as well as the follow up appointment made with the doctor's office I saw yesterday, and I have informed my bf that we're getting boba after both appointments, regardless of if the news is good or bad
today is a self care heavy moisturizing foot mask sort of day
so today wasn’t the biopsy just blood work and a consultation for the biopsy I just want answers 😭

This has been the most surreal couple of weeks I don't even know what to think one day I'm living my best life as an art student eager for a new semester and now I've dropped out and am waiting for the weekend to be over so I can call a specialist's office to schedule a biopsy bc I might have cancer

my bf is a portfolio manager at a bank and works mostly on commercial loans, we don't talk much about his job though (banking privacy laws and such) so seeing him discuss the terms of a car loan we might have to get was kinda hilarious actually
I do not understand the math that insurance companies use to determine if a car is a total loss but they are going to give me an amount that will make a significant down payment on a new car so time to great driving I guess. I still think they could have just fixed my car but whatever.
after a lot of thinking, I have decided that I will be taking a break from art school this semester - my car is being declared a total loss after I was rear-ended the other day and and I'm not sure when or if I'll be able to secure my own method of transportation again
no major injuries, heading home now, I’m sure I’ll be sore af tomorrow though
