We have an unhealthy unspoken media agreement in this country that you can’t point out that someone harbors objectively insane, delusional beliefs that should disqualify them from being anywhere near a position of power if said beliefs are colorably linkable to a mainstream religious worldview.

Pretty sure I missed the Sunday school session about papal crime fighting. Must’ve been after the one about the CompStat on the Mount sermon.
I’m sure future generations will take great comfort in knowing how much time and effort we devoted to telling people which bathroom to use while the planet slowly burned.
Reminder: Congress retains the constitutional authority to stop this careening executive branch dumpster fire any time it wants, pending the highly unlikely growth of a spine.
