Health+weather shifts+med adjustments+life is…💀. no appetite for months, weight’s dropping, sleep is very poor, immune system low, chronic pain up, etc sickness caused infections. took a month to be seen by my GP; tho mostly recovered by then. It was humiliating and stressful, tbh life update 1/10
