I’ve been staying in Dyffryn Ardudwy at an artist residency, gathering inspiration for an art exhibition at Oriel Tŷ Meirion in April to August. The exhibition is based on the Taith Ardudwy Way, an ancient pathway. This is the first part of the walk, visiting Bryn Cader Faner, a Bronze Age cairn.

Here’s my acrylic painting ‘of my ice skating crow called ‘Ice dancer’ - Eric had big plans of skating in the Winter Olympics someday.

We’ve had quite a bit of rain here, but lush day today 😍 ☀️ This is a painting a did years ago, ‘A Walk in the Rain’ 🍄

I did this acrylic painting for a winter exhibition (still on) at Ty Meirion gallery, in Dyffryn Ardudwy, Wales. Mari Lwyd is a wassailing folk custom, where a horse skull is carried from door to door in Wales, whilst the party sing and dance.

Stunning painting 😍

HarperCollins to allow tech firms to use its books to train AI models

Winter will be here soon and today felt like this 😍 🍁 🍂 🐿️ This is a painting I did called ‘Foraging’ The weather was starting to turn and Mr. Nibbles could sense autumn in the air. He spent a happy afternoon foraging for acorns, ready for the winter ahead.

Gorgeous 😍

I created this painting "Dinosaur Parade" in 1990, before I invented the whole concept of Dinotopia. I just wanted to give a glimpse of a lost empire that humans shared with peaceful dinosaurs. Jumping through that picture frame and living inside the painting changed my life.

Hehe

This is the illustration (and the initial drawing) I did several years ago for 78tarot ‘magical’ oracle set. ‘Akashic Library’. 📕 📖 📚

I adopted Duncan and Gracie from Romania. They’re about 7 months old. They fit in well with my two there, Hamish and Willow. All snuggling on the sofa after dinner 😍😍😍

Only 3 days left on our @78tarot.bsky.social Kickstarter! This is your chance to own two outstanding tarot and oracle decks created by 131 phenomenal REAL human artists, never any AI allowed in our project!!! ❤️ Check it out!!! www.kickstarter.com/projects/kay...

My two new hounds. 7 months old 😍😍😍. We don’t have a clue what breed but I think they’re gonna be biggish 🥰

I’ve been on Bluesky for a while but I’ve hardly posted anything, so I thought I’d share some tarot work I did for 78 tarot. This was two of wands for the Halloween deck 🧙 I’m not sure how Bluesky works, so I need to sit and explore to suss it out 🤔

Love this map 😍

Hello Bluesky! My goodness, I hope we have arrived at a platform that works for us all again. I thought I'd begin with the image that started this weird journey through regional folklore and mythology - "Mythical Beasts of the British and Irish Isles".

Nautical: The New Wave and oracle of healing waters’ the newest Tarot and Oracle Deck from 78 Tarot has launched on Kickstarter: Here’s my card, ‘Nine of Wands’ 💙 🦜 🏴‍☠️ 🩵 I am so excited to be part of it 🥰

‘One of my paintings I am exhibiting at @obsidianartgallery ‘Autumn Tales’ exhibition in Buckinghamshire 😍🥰 ‘A Nice Cup of Tea’ Daphne was exhausted after clearing the autumn leaves in her garden and rewarded herself with a nice cup of tea and a slice of pumpkin pie. Acrylic painting

I finished this acrylic painting several months ago but forgot to post it. It’s 9 of wands for 78 tarot deck, Nautical - The New Wave, and I had a lot of fun painting it. I call him Petey the pirate 🏴‍☠️ 🦜

I wish I was a mermaid today! It’s so hot here 🥵 and I don’t do heat. I did this illustration ages ago but she looks so lovely and cool under the sea I thought I would share again, although technically this is the first time on Bluesky as this is my first post! 😅 🐠 🐟
